With 20 outlets around shopping malls in Johor Bahru, Melaka, Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Kelantan, we have been serving our customers for 11 years. Our headquarters are located at Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Johor Bahru. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales, and training sales management. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Able to conduct sales and generate revenue through excellent sales tactics Experience in training sales staff and sales management Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Fluent in both English and Malay Experience within the fragrance industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
