Company Description Rural Capital Berhad (RCB) is a public company that provides business financing services and debt management services for all types of MARA facility loans. As a subsidiary under MARA Corporation, RCB was established to increase the amount of funding to the target group and improve the performance of repayment collection of all types of MARA facility loans. RCB also a Takaful Corporate Agent to cater MARA community and public. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist for Insurance/Takaful located in Kuala Lumpur. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting sales training, and managing sales teams. The successful candidate will work closely with other departments to create and implement marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and report on results. Qualifications Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills Experience in sales management and training Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the financing industry or a related field is a plus Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
