- Well-spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Bilingual is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and sales management

- Willing travel to east Malaysia
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Manage and operate the regional market (East Malaysia/Johor/Klang Valley).
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with business partners in the specific regional market
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets for the region
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Brainstorm and exchange ideas with team members
- Study the market consistently and closely monitor competitors.
- Manage operation team in the specific region market.
