• 1-3 years of working experience within the service industry.
• Working knowledge of the E-commerce industry.
• Working knowledge of relevant service softwares: Zendesk and Shopify
• A sales-oriented person preferred.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information of our brand\'s history, product offerings and communications/advertising programs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and detail-oriented.
• Proactive personality and self-motivator.
• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment.
• Proven to be organized, methodical, rigorous.
• Skilled with Google office tools, and has the ability to learn new applications quickly.
• A team player, able to develop great relations with co-workers.

Tanggungjawab

• Monitor all customer service channels such as emails, social media platforms, whatsapp & calls, website chat.
• Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our brand and products.
• Able to communicate concisely the company policies to clients.
• Follow-up on all customer requests and calls to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain and update client correspondences regularly.
• Follow-up orders with 3rd party providers.
• Assist and follow through with customers\' after-sales issues.
• Assist walk-in customers with their purchase.
• Manage available showrooms, maintain cleanliness and inventory check.
• Maintain and update relevant trackers and system tools.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
