Core Responsibilities: Validate the monthly demand plan and develop supply plan to fulfil customer demand and stock replenishment needs. In the process of planning, to decide the right product mix to run while maintaining FG inventory at required levels. To generate a monthly supply gaps summary with proposals and solutions to enable discussion of business gap plan closure. Ensure roll-over of supply and demand plan on monthly basis to enable accurate replenishment plan that is aligned with shipment sales phasing. Review the demand plan and challenge before lock date of demand forecast. Coordinate between the Operations and Commercial team on products availability and orders fulfilment Dispatch approved monthly replenishment plan to Global Customer Services and Shipping teams for execution. To review global inventory to ensure stock movement between warehouses are execute timely to avoid excessive stock turn into slow moving. Support in product development initiatives, by ensuring sufficient raw materials which meet customer specifications for product blending. To identify improvement actions for the Demand and Supply Planning Process. To lead the quarterly, monthly and weekly sales billing review with operations, Global Customer Service and shipping team. Responsible to cascade action plan to respective team for execution. Responsible for the 3rd party Stevia materials purchase planning Work with cross functional teams such as Sales, Technical, Quality & Regulatory Qualified candidates will have: Mandatory requirements: 5 years experience in planning or equivalent role (demand & supply planning or supply planning) preferably from B2B food industry or similar Degree holder Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership skills - stakeholder management Desirable requirements: Ability to work with ambiguity Ability to generate new ideas and implement new processes to drive improvement Ability to communicate effectively functionally and geographically JDA Demand Planning & Supply Planning experience highly regarded Experience with SAP Microsoft Office skills especially Excel, power BI Proven track record in change management and project management Must be comfortable using Excel (manual) Required behaviors and skills: Ability to identify, research and use initiative and creativity to resolve problems Demonstrated capacity to work to deadlines and budgets with attention to detail Demonstrated commitment to plan for and implement initiatives to facilitate the growth and development of the business and its people Flexibility in responding to the overall needs of the business Customer service orientation Relocation Available: No
