• Possess minimum education level Diploma In any IT related / Accounting / business field.
• At least 1-2 year working experience in IT / Computer Software equivalent others relevant field sales line (is an added advantage)
• Knowledge of (UBS \xef\xbc\x8cSQL, AUTOCOUNT ,MILLION or others accounting software is added advantage).
• Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English Knowledge of internet Technologies (at least a basic level).
• Basic (account knowledge is an added advantage).
• Working Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Strong drive and self -interest to learn technical and platform technology.
• Good command of verbal and written English language are preferable.
• Strong project management skills are preferable.
• Maintain a safety conscious work environment.
• Maintain reliable transportation to get to and from the job sites.
• Must be Fast Learner

• Consult ,advise and guide customer for OUR Software system.
• Provide problem analysis, testing and implementation of solutions.
• Assist and advise to co-ordinate with sales & marketer and corporate affair manager to ensure seamless implementation of the software system.
• Provide Pre-sales and post sales software support.
• Providing general information about software products, technical support policies and licensing (included company websites for our customer reference ).
• Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email or Skype or whatsapp or anydesk or ultraviewer (Fill in field service report to company)
• trainer (training provided)
• Plan the training timeline and topics to cover for the customized training.
• Understands clients\' requirements and operation for the implementation of the software
• Conduct training in house classroom base or online meeting or onsite at clients\' office
• Preparation of training materials.
• Administrative work on training and support
• Perform other duties as required.
