Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Software) or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, SaaS/digital solutions, or Oil & Gas technology
Strong understanding of digital transformation, asset management systems, or maintenance software
Excellent communication, client engagement and solution presentation skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate client challenges into digital solution offerings
Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across operations, maintenance, reliability and digital teams
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell EXS Synergy's digital asset integrity solutions --
intellEx(TM)
and
ExMA(TM)
Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs for clients
Work closely with asset owners, maintenance leaders and technical teams to understand their workflow challenges and propose suitable digitalisation approaches
Manage the full sales cycle for digital solutions, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation and closure
Collaborate with the software engineering team for customisation, integration, deployment planning and product improvements
Prepare proposals, solution papers, and documentation tailored to client requirements
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure smooth pre- and post-sales engagement
Represent EXS Synergy at digitalisation events, conferences, client workshops and technical discussions
Provide guidance to clients on best practices for Ex asset integrity digital transformation
