Sales & Application Engineer
Job Description
We are a well-established company seeking a committed and experienced Sales & Application Engineer to join our team!
Location: Taman Industri Jaya, Skudai
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 6:30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Respond to technical issues and offer timely solutions
- Prepare proposals, documentation, and quotations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Application, or Technical Support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and travel to customer sites
- Possess a valid driving license
- Experience in automation, instrumentation, electronics, or mechanical field is an advantage
