Responsibilities: Prepare quotation and technical proposal to the customers. Provide training after sales service, which includes installations, commissioning and upgrading. Attend to customer service request for trouble shooting problems, perform corrective actions and complete on-site repairs. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers. Provide timely and accurate external and internal professional reports. Participate with team members on service delivery improvements. To assist in tasks assigned by supervisor. Monthly car allowance & petrol claim provided. Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical/Microelectronics). 1-2 years of working experience in the related field. Self-motivated and pro-active. Good communication and interpersonal skills in English. Team-player & able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
