Job description:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for bridging the gap between technical expertise and client needs. This role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and driving sales by combining strong product knowledge with effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and develop new business opportunities through client outreach, networking, and lead generation.

-Present and demonstrate technical products or solutions to prospective clients.

-Understand customer needs and provide technical consultation to recommend appropriate solutions.

-Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate and customized offerings.

-Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.

-Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

-Provide post-sales support and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activities.

-Track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM systems.

Qualifications:

-Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Manufacturing Engineering.

-Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

-Fast-learner, disciplined, independent and result-oriented

-Minimum 1 years working experiences.

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

-Familiar in 3D modelling software such as Solidworks, Creo, Inventor, CATIA and Etc will add benefits

-Able to work independently and possess good technical, problem-solving and analytical skills.

-Possess own transport and willing to travel.

-Proficiency in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
