Job Description

Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide accurate information about products, promotions, and store offerings. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and drive sales to meet individual and team targets. Maintain an attractive and organized store display to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Support in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise, while promptly reporting any stock discrepancies. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns accurately in compliance with store policies and procedures. Collect and relay customer feedback and product insights to enhance product offerings and overall customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
