Job Description

A. Customer Engagement & Sales

Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening. Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions based on their requirements. Apply product knowledge to recommend suitable moms & baby products, supplements, and services. Achieve individual and outlet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and special events.

B. Product Knowledge & Advisory

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of moms & baby products, supplements, and relevant merchandise. Provide accurate product information, usage instructions, and benefits to customers. Stay updated on market trends, promotions, and competitor offerings.

C. Operational Support

Operate the cashier counter, including opening, closing, and daily cash reconciliation. Assist in stocking, organising, and merchandising products to maintain a presentable outlet. Arrange deliveries of packages as per management instructions. Support team members in handling customer enquiries and operational tasks.

D. Service Excellence & Problem Resolution

Ensure every customer is attended to promptly and courteously. Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases to the supervisor or manager. Maintain a clean and organised store environment that reflects Alpro's standards.

E. Compliance & Professional Conduct

Follow company policies, SOPs, and health & safety guidelines. Work beyond normal hours when required for store events or operational needs. Maintain a professional appearance and positive working attitude at all times.

F. Mum & Baby Product Specialist (Alpro Baby)

Provide guidance to parents on suitable baby formulas, diapers, skincare, feeding accessories, and maternity care products. Educate customers on safe product usage, nutritional needs for infants, and essential items for new mothers. Stay updated on latest mum & baby product innovations, safety standards, and market trends. Support Alpro Baby campaigns, workshops, and parenting events to enhance customer engagement. Assist in creating attractive displays and product arrangements for mum & baby sections to boost sales visibility.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
