Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory logs.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing sales data.
  • Handle customer follow-ups and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team in coordinating promotional activities and sales events.
  • Process sales transactions and handle billing and invoicing tasks.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Positive attitude, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
