Job Description


  • Fully responsible for the branches daily operation opening & closing.
  • Entertain walk in and online customers via WhatsApp.
  • Offer a consistently good memorable customer service experience.
  • Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Develop E-commerce strategy to promote sales via online and live marketing.
Requirement
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Able to follow the retail operating hours and work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to work at Parit Raja Batu Pahat Johor.
