We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Sales Assistant that will do Live Hosting to join our e-commerce team. As a Live Host, you will be the face of our brand during live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok and Shopee Live. Your main role will be to present products, engage with the online audience in real-time, and drive sales through compelling, interactive content.
Key Responsibilities:
Host and present live streaming sessions in an engaging, entertaining, and informative manner.
Showcase and explain product features, benefits, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
Interact with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and script live content aligned with campaigns.
Maintain high energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism throughout each broadcast.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and platform algorithms.
Support setup and breakdown of live streaming equipment and studio as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a live host, presenter, content creator, or similar role is an advantage.
Age not exceeding 30 years old.
Comfortable and confident in front of the camera with excellent communication skills.
Energetic personality with the ability to captivate and entertain a digital audience.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online selling techniques.
Good product presentation and storytelling skills.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, public and during promotional events.
Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and can understand in English.
