Able to coordinate well with the end users, internal support team, and vendors.
Experience in solar projects is preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

Involves in the delivery of Solar System projects
Responsible for technical support activities including Solar System Configuration & Operation, System Upgrading, System troubleshooting
Provide technical support to existing and new customers
Responsible for preparation, creation, and test execution for any testing phase of the project.
Liaison with external parties and vendors to support integration and troubleshooting.
Assist in project management
End user training, and onsite support where required
Resolve Customer feedback
