Job Responsibilities

:

Meet and exceed sales targets of a minimum 10 units of motorcycle monthly Implement sales strategies and tactics be it; online or on-ground Manage and maintain good relationships with customers Provide solutions to customer inquiries and manage order delivery Plan and execute sales activities and monitor individual and team sales targets Research and analyse sales trends in the market Recommend solutions and establish rapport with customers with various options of motor Provide support and guidance to colleagues when necessary

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM holder No sales experience is required as we believe right attitude trumps sales experience any day. Preference will be given to those with experience in B2B. Strong verbal communication skills Fluent in Malay language Self-starter with great initiative and attitude towards work Able to work both independently and in a team environment Possess good interpersonal skills.
