Job Description


  • Possess product knowledge, Strategic Prospecting Skill, Presentation Skill, closing deal
Responsibilities
  • Efficient Reply on customer required
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
  • Understand company product well and answer customer queries
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the RM system
  • Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer requests and issues
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge through training programs
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Handling incoming telephone calls
  • Serving walk-in customers
  • Registration of Customer Data
  • Key-in of Customer Data, Insurance top up
  • Serving Existing Customers to the Safe Deposit Box
  • Cleaning after your own workplace
  • Any other duties that assigned by immediate superior / assistant from time to time.
