Job Description


Job Responsibility Conduct outbound calls to interested clients for financing; Effectively follow up with prospects and communicate/update the manager/lead on the status; Conduct know-your-customer (KYC) check on the prospects; Compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents; Record/update internal systems for any financing application; Prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document; Attend to prospect\'s or client\'s complaints or inquiries; To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time; Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail banking products. Fast learner and have passion for sales. Able to work independently, meticulous and deliver task within agreed time frame. Able to work as a team and to work under pressure and extended hours, if required. Basic understanding of Financial Products and Services. Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Fresh graduates who are keen in sales are welcomed to apply!
