Retail Sales Assistant - Multiple Locations
- Mid Valley (KL)
- Sunway Pyramid ( Selangor)
- Gurney Plaza (Penang)
- KTCC Mall (Terengganu)
- Good command of English and BM
- Ability to speak in multiplied language will be an added advantage
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Plans, directs and coordinates the sales activities
- Provides customers with in-depth consultation to identity skin\xe2\x80\x99s condition and recommend suitable products
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and after-sales service
- Maintains outstanding customer relations
- Assists the sales process by keeping the sales floor organized and well-stocked
- Monitors payments and administrative costs
- Provides assistance during retail\xe2\x80\x99s events and roadshows
