Job Description


  • At least 2 years of working experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • MUST be able to work on shift duties, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
  • Able to Start work IMMEDIATELY will be added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
  • To assist in attend customer and close sales/follow up on sales, provide before and after sales services.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers and handle customers\' requests and enquiries.
  • Responsible for customers\' enquiry, to ensure customer request, feedback & complaints are logged and resolved on time.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in event or workshop.
  • To undertake any task or assignment as may be assigned to you by your immediate superior or management from time-to- time.
  • Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales target.
