2.Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)3.Answer customers\' questions about specific products/services4.Cross-sell products5.Ensure racks are fully stocked6.Manage returns of merchandise7.Coordinate with the Retail Sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)8.Provide customer feedback to the Branch Manager9.Stay up-to-date with new products/servicesBenefits
