The Sales Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting with customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers, assisting with sales, and organizing sales-related documents and tasks. The Sales Assistant will also assist the sales team with other tasks as needed. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills, specifically the ability to interact with customers and collaborate with the sales team. Customer Service Skills, specifically the ability to assist customers with inquiries. Communication Skills, specifically the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Sales Skills, specifically basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques. Organization Skills, specifically the ability to keep sales-related documents and tasks organized. Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly. To speak Chinese, English & Malay fluently.
