\xe2\x80\xa2 Gather information and prepare complex reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and assist in sales analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the creation and follow up of budget and forecast data \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the sales performance using various sales tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and prepare meetings \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the agenda of the sales team members in terms of key meetings/events \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather, consolidate, and prepare presentations for corporate, regional and sales meetings \xe2\x80\xa2 Serve as central support resource for outside contacts \xe2\x80\xa2 Contact customers as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Support building up highly efficient sales database, ie maintaine and update customer database, sales reports, sales forecasts, and timely performance reports to the management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate product samples, sales materials and market and communication collateral for the Sales teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the Communications team
