Tanggungjawab

present our drivers and customers with an offer of new conditions and promotions;
create strong relations with local business, such as cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. to expand our connections and build a strong branding campaign and affiliate advertising plan;
handle promotional campaigns to spread awareness about our service;
communicate with e-hailing riders, help them with registration process and current travel issues via live chat and on the phone;
help customers with questions and complaints related to our service;
work with violations of the rules of service.
