Specific Role :
1. Sales Planning & Strategy
Plan and deliver effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Develop targeted sales campaigns and outreach plans for specific customer segments.
Monitor sales performance and pipeline progress using KPIs and reporting tools.
Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales materials and digital assets are impactful and aligned with target audience.
2. Sales Execution & Client Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
Manage leads from enquiry to closing, ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Attend and represent the company at sales exhibitions, events, schools, partners, and corporate engagements.
Follow up on prospects using CRM systems, track conversion rates, and improve follow-up processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationship with client, partner and key stakeholders.
3. Team & Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Admissions, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth client experience.
Share insights, market feedback, and competitor updates with the team regularly.
Mentor and guide junior sales officers or executives when necessary.
Lead or participate in internal sales-related projects, campigns or events.
4. Professional Skills Development
Take responsibility for continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Stay updated with industry trends, new sales technologies, and market behaviour.
Attend training, webinars, and networking events to strenghten profesional knowledge.
5. Other Duties
Any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Head of Sales.
May be required to travel beyond normal hours depending on business needs.

Essential
Degree in
Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related discipline.
Minimum
3-5 years
of
sales
experience in a target-driven environment.
Proven track record
of achieving sales targets and managing sales pipelines.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Desirable
Experience in B2C or B2B sales.
Experience in managing client accounts or partner networks.
