Duties & Responsibilities:1 Handle sales transactions, including processing orders, issuing invoices, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery2 Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and claims promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction3 Provide after-sales service, addressing any post-purchase concerns, coordinate repairs and replacements and ensure customer satisfaction4 Actively engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs and offer suitable furniture solutions from our collection5 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Japanese suppliers, ensure smooth communication, coordinate product availability, pricing negotiations and resolving any issues6 Stay updated on product knowledge, including the latest trends and features of our products, to effectively guide and advise customers7 Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia for internal coordination, including8 collaborating with team members and participating in meetings Off office hour networking - able to entertainment guest from oversea (maybe few times in a year if necessary)9 Market analysis & planning development10 Looking for collaboration opportunities11 Keep track on monthly sales figureQualifications / Experiences Required:1. Minimum Diploma in Business Study, Marketing or related field2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing3. Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (both oral and written)4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers5. Able to work independently with high level of initiative6. Able to work under pressure7. Past working experience in Furniture industry will be added advantage8. Willing to work in Shah Alam9. Willing to travel for customer visits, exhibitions and other company events10. Able to start work immediately will be added advantage
