Job Description


  • To support in overall sales operation including Stock, Sales, Logistics (Shipment monitoring, Inventory control)
  • To liaise with customer for orders, price, and product availability
  • To follow up closely on the potential customer and new customer
  • To identify and resolve business problem through discussion with your sales team and customer
  • To ensure all sales and customer documentation including all invoices, statement report is up to date available and presented on time
  • To responsible for the sales collections and adhere to credit control
  • To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, customer, and others department across the company
  • To execute any additional duties ads assigned by Management from time to timeReporting to team leader or manager.
