Sales Assistant (mandarin Speaker)

Job Description
- To support in overall sales operation including Stock, Sales, Logistics (Shipment monitoring, Inventory control)
- To liaise with customer for orders, price, and product availability
- To follow up closely on the potential customer and new customer
- To identify and resolve business problem through discussion with your sales team and customer
- To ensure all sales and customer documentation including all invoices, statement report is up to date available and presented on time
- To responsible for the sales collections and adhere to credit control
- To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, customer, and others department across the company
- To execute any additional duties ads assigned by Management from time to timeReporting to team leader or manager.
