Job Description

Responsibilities:



Greet, serve, and assist customers as they enter the store. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. Stay updated with special, new, and ongoing promotions. Manage and maintain product displays, ensuring the innerwear section reflects the brand's image. Uphold security measures to ensure a safe and comfortable shopping environment. Take instructions from superiors and complete tasks with full commitment.

Host live sessions (minimum 5 hours daily) to promote innerwear products and engage with viewers.

Explain product features, sizing, comfort, and material effectively during live sessions.


Requirements:



Minimum SPM qualification. Passionate about fashion and innerwear products. Basic written and good communication skills in both BM and English. Well-groomed, pleasant, and presentable personality. A team player who is hardworking, positive, and open-minded. Strong selling skills and confidence in approaching customers.

Experience as a promoter (minimum 1 year).

Experience as a live host is an added advantage.

Comfortable promoting and explaining innerwear items.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
