Job Description

Customer Service * Promote the company\'s products to customers and provide consultation on product information to the consumers.

• Observe and practice the selling and customer service skills learnt from training provided by company at all times.
• Positive attitude to achieving sales target.
• Be attentive and alert at all times and acknowledge the customer when they walk in.

Personal Grooming * Ensure that the incumbent is attired in the company\'s product at all times.

• To maintain a presentable and approachable image to the public. That may include for girls, light make-up, clean/neat/tidy hairstyle, and etc. For boys, presentable looking shoes, clean pair of hands, well groomed hair, and etc.
• Eating at the store in the presence of the public is strictly prohibited.

Store Housekeeping and Operations * Ensure all lightings, video/tv system are switched on during business hours.

• Shelving, island units, plastic panels, signage, floor, table displays, fitting rooms and any other store surroundings must be cleaned daily to avoid collection of dust and dirt.
• All personal belongings, unwanted boxes and or unnecessary items should not be left exposed to the public\'s view and should be kept in the store room, cupboard or thrown away.
• Report any damage to the signage, furniture, panels and other fixtures to the Store Manager/Supervisor immediately.
• Update sales transactions in POS promptly and accurately.
• Read, understand and abide the Store Operational guidelines and Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Support and assist in store clearance promotions.
• Perform any others duties as and when requested by the Supervisor/Manager.

Merchandising / Display * Ensure that products are being displayed according to visual merchandising standards at all times.

• Ensure that all products are being tagged with price and sensor in accordance to the Store guidelines.
• Merchandise replenishment, daily stock check and keep tidiness of store room

Administrative * Track and monitor the inventory level and product availability at the store and ensure all stock information are updated on a timely basis for easy access to information.Location: NU Empire Shopping Gallery, Jalan SS 16/1, Ss 16, Subang Jaya, Selangor.
