1. Perform live sales activity as a host to advertise and promote the Company's product through the official e-commerce platform of the Company.
2. Manage and monitor online orders through Facebook, Lazada, Zalora, E-commerce platform etc.
3. Assist in uploading product's listing to online store and manage the sales products record.
4. Assist to maintain the online store performance day by day.
5. Arrange and prepare parcel for delivery.
6. Attend to customer inquiries promptly and politely through phone calls email and etc.
7. Collect feedback from clients and accumulate the data for department review purpose.
8. Assist in all others online related task.
9. Assist in preparing marketing resources such as photo shooting, select professional photographer, models etc to enhance the online posting results.
General requirements:
Candidate with live host experience is an advantage or Minimum of 1-2 year(s) experience in related field.
Online knowledge, Social Media, Computer Literate and good communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Minimum a Higher Secondary/STPM or fresh graduated diploma preferred in Commerce, Marketing or other related field.
Candidate with call centre working experiences has advantages.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
