Engage proactively with customers to identify their needs, recommend suitable products, and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment with well-stocked and properly displayed merchandise.
Support inventory management by receiving, organizing, and replenishing stock, while promptly reporting discrepancies to management.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns accurately in accordance with store policies.
Gather and relay customer feedback and product insights to improve the shopping experience and support business growth.
Assist in loss prevention by following store security procedures and reporting any suspicious activities.
