Description :
1. Greeting customers at the door as they enter the shop.
2. Helping customers select the correct frame for their lenses.
3. Measuring the frames and ensure they fit perfectly.
4. Ordering prescription glasses and contact lenses in for the customer.
5. Making follow up appointments for customers.
6. Making adjustments to the frames when the customer collects their glasses.
7. Carrying out pre-screening tests such as retinal imaging and pressure and visual field testing.
8. Explaining offers and products to customers.
9. Cleaning up the shop according to shop schedule.
Experience :

Age Range of Candidate :
Around 18 years old to 30 years old
Requirements
1. Able to communicate with people of all ages and from different backgrounds.
2. Able to work well as part of a team.
3. Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
4. Friendly, courteous and approachable.
5. Able to provide excellent customer service.
6. Able to sell products and services.
7. Relevant experience in a customer service or retail role would be an advantage, and sometimes, necessary.
8. Experience working in a retail environment or optical industry would be useful.
