Job Responsibility To seek for new customers and service existing customers while maintaining a consistent sales growth Ensure collection of outstanding payment by customers are done within the terms extended. Providing quotation for new & existing customers on new orders Following up on enquiry from customers without prejudice. To handle and attend customer\'s complaint efficiently and liaise with the department concerned for corrective action. Provide feedback to marketing & management on ideas, feedbacks and competitions Engender positive working relationship with colleagues and management Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma Certificate English Language is important (Able to speak, read & write) Command in other language e.g. Mandarin/Cantonese & Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and aggressive Willing to travel outstation when required Must possess own means of transportation Willing to learn from experience and have a natural curiosity to ask questions.
