Position : Sales Assistant
Salary : RM 1,500 - RM 1,800
Working Hours - Morning: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
- Noon: 1pm-10pm
- Full shift: 8am-10pm
Off Day : 6 Day a Week / Off on weekdays
Training Provided : Yes
Working Location : Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya / Shah Alam

Job Summary
Check and receive stock with suppliers with our purchase order. Responsible for unloading packages and checking their contents to ensure items match with the purchase order number. Facilitate the return of damaged products to suppliers, and work with all departments to update details. Assist the head of receiving and report to the head of receiving on activities and issues from time to time.

Job Scope
Receive quantity stock according to purchase order number with supplier invoices.
Check and receive stock according to our purchase order, supplier invoice, and IBT (Inter-branch transfer).
Inspect correct contents to ensure they are undamaged and expired date of products Handling damaged and spoiled products according to receiving SOP and assisting in controlling the level of damaged goods.
Ensuring compliance with the health department, weights and measure requirements, liquor, tobacco laws, and relevant stickers such as custom stickers, ingredient stickers, imported by supplier's stickers, MC logos, and invoice handling.
Ensure accurate data key into the system accordingly and sign goods receive notes
Ensure all process of receiving is accurate and maintained as per company SOP.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the storage area and entire department as well as equipment according to company SOP.
Perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements
Candidates must possess minimum SPM qualification.
No working experience required. If possess experience in retail hypermarkets will be an advantage.
