The Rehab Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling rehabilitation and healthcare products. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities
Serve customer and markets for rehabilitation and healthcare products.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Present and demonstrate products to clients effectively.
Understand clients\' needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Provide excellent customer support and follow-up on inquiries and orders.
Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Provide product training to clients and healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback for product improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare, physio, or a related field.
Proven with at least 1-2 years experience in healthcare product sales, with a focus on rehabilitation products preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and convey technical product information.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as required.
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
