  • Trustworthy, disciplined, and hardworking.
  • Able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • With or without experience (training will be provided).
Tanggungjawab
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team regarding customer enquiries.
  • Check and record details (including photos) of stock into the system.
  • In charge of maintenance & update of website, online store, and reward program.
  • Issue invoices from online orders and handle any online enquiries.
  • Coordinate with operation team regarding delivery of goods to customers.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
