Requirements
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication
Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely convey information to patients and healthcare professionals.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that may arise in the pharmacy setting.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with pharmacists and other healthcare staff to provide optimal patient care.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the pharmacy's online presence.
Adherence to ethical and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding the integrity of the pharmacy profession.
Willingness to work on-site at our Bandar Rimbayu location.
Responsibilities
Create simple marketing materials
Assist with social media content (photo & video)
Support marketing campaigns and promotions
Assist instock management and inventory checks
Help with in-store displays and daily pharmacy operations
