Job Description

• Minimum education level: SPM leavers or Diploma holder or fresh graduate in any field.
• Must have experience in sales either as a dropshipper in other business platform preferably in printing service/clothing/related field.
• Outgoing, strong-motivated, self-disciplined, fast learner and very independent
• Good in computer literate - Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Detailed in taking order and not clumsy.
• Must be conversant in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Work 5 days weekdays in office and Saturday (1/2 day) work from home.

• Greet and assist customer in making purchases.
• Identifying customers' needs and matching these with available products or services.
• Advising customers on promotions, purchase policies, and new offers.
• Staying updated on the store's evolving products. Ensure the availability of stocks for sales.
• Follow up with production team and designer to ensure correct order are delivered to customer by monitoring in system, from designing process till order received by customer.
• New prospect will be provided by Marketing Team. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through current customer, database, networking and social media (Live, DM).
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections in a professional manner.
• Manage and check payment made by customer with finance team before submitting the order.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Build up and maintain a good rapport with prospects and customers. Listen to their wishes and concern.
• Do daily report of sales in system.
