Job Description
Job Responsibility Stay updated on product knowledge. Contribute to a fun and vibrant store atmosphere. Welcome customers into the store and provide excellent customer service. Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues professionally and promptly. Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and processing purchases. Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to ensure a positive shopping experience. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing. Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least SPM qualifications. Familiarity with video games is a plus and preferred. Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduate / at least 1 year of experience in retail preferred. Enthusiastic personality who have a genuine desire to interact with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
