Job Description

Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service by responding to inquiries and offering accurate information about products, services, and ongoing promotions. Engage proactively with customers to identify their needs, recommend suitable products, and achieve both individual and team sales targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and replenished in a timely manner. Support inventory control by receiving, organizing, and restocking products, while promptly reporting any stock discrepancies. Handle cash, credit card, and return transactions accurately in accordance with store policies and procedures. Gather and communicate customer feedback and product insights to help improve the overall shopping experience and business performance. Uphold store security and loss prevention standards by adhering to company policies and reporting any unusual or suspicious activities.
