Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and drive sales to achieve both individual and team targets.
Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store layout, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
Support stock management by receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise, while promptly reporting any inventory discrepancies.
Accurately process cash, credit card, and return transactions in compliance with store policies and procedures.
Collect and share customer feedback and product insights to enhance product offerings and overall customer experience.
Contribute to loss prevention by adhering to security procedures and monitoring for theft or suspicious activity.
