Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities

Sales

Approach potential customers and introduce our products/services Assist in handling customer inquiries and maintaining good client relationships Help prepare quotations, product information, and simple presentations Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets Gather customer feedback and observe market trends

Marketing Support

Assist in online and offline marketing campaigns Help create simple content for social media platforms Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and roadshows Maintain and update marketing materials, brochures, and digital content Assist in basic tracking of campaign results

Requirements

Diploma/Degree or equivalent (fresh grads welcome) Good communication and interpersonal skills Willing to learn, proactive, and positive attitude Familiarity with social media (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook) is an advantage Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
