Job Scope
Sales/Performance
Enthusiastic in achieving sales targets given by Boutique through effective use of selling techniques, customer service, clientele and product knowledge.
Identify clients' expectations and complete sales transactions successfully.
Adviseclients across all product categories and do cross-selling for achieving maximum sales potential.
Buildstrong collaboration with the team in order to achieve sales and Boutique objectives.
Client Development
Provide excellent client experience.
Provide warm welcome and interact with every client proactively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent and professional client service.
Arrangeprivate appointments with clients. ? Provideexcellent after-sale-service.
UpdateBeDioronregular basis.
Participate to the events that contribute to the overall Boutique performance.
Role Model and Knowledge Sharing
Act as a role model of Sales Associate to demonstrate the client service, selling techniques and product knowledge for improving department's performance.
Provide necessary support, coaching and being buddy of new joiners for team integration.
Selected Senior Sales Associate to be experts in designated category and leverage their knowledge to the team for developing existing clients as well as clients' recruitment.
Bontique Operation and Back of House Support
Maintain the upkeep of selling space, visual merchandising and image of the store in highest standard.
Provide support to Back of House operation to enhance Boutique efficiency.
Requirement
Minimum 1 to 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
