Job Description

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations Create and upload engaging social media content on a daily basis. Collaborate with the Production and Marketing Support Department to develop marketing content and campaigns. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Promote add-on sales (upsell/cross-sell) such as cases, warranties, etc. Arrange and maintain product displays and stock on shelves. Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. Make sure all products are properly labeled with correct prices. Handle stock in/out and assist in inventory checks. Upload photos of every completed sale into the designated WhatsApp group. Assist customers with financing applications (e.g., AEON loans) by working closely with the Loan Department to ensure smooth processing. Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately. Issue receipts/invoices for customers. Perform closing sales at the end of each shift, ensuring cash in hand tallies with the system, and post the report in the designated WhatsApp group. Assist in preparing daily sales reports for supervisor/manager. Handle customer inquiries related to warranty, returns, or exchanges Work closely with team members to achieve KPIs. Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
