Position Overview

The Sales Associate (Brand Ambassador) represents Anytime Fitness to members and guests alike. Core duties include membership acquisition, local market research, tracking membership sales, and implementing established sales strategies. Reports daily productivity metrics to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for fitness are valued.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Promotion

Generate leads and follow up with them through approved tactics Performs neighborhood canvassing campaigns to generate awareness and member leads within the surrounding area including neighborhoods, apartment and condo complexes, and new developments Design and implement promotional strategies to attract new members Upselling members on various fitness services

Member Experience

Pursue a gold standard of excellence Performing in accordance with Anytime Fitness' Brand Compliance Strategies To be "Surprisingly Personable" Create an inviting and welcoming experience for members and guests

Administrative

Ensure that all administrative requirements are met in a timely fashion Ensure optimal self-management for expected performance Conduct, record, and report a daily productivity sheet as stipulated by Anytime Fitness Keep membership paperwork in order Manage payment facilities to ensure that all transactions are accounted for

Support and articulate the Anytime Fitness mission statement Adopt the Anytime Fitness Cultural Values Maintain a Healthy Way of Life Adhere to company policies and procedures Ensure cleanliness of the club using all 5 senses: Sight to ensure club is neat and orderly Sound to ensure music/sound levels are appropriate Touch to ensure floors, countertops, etc are clean and dry Taste to ensure food & beverages in the cafe are up-to-standards Smell to ensure the club is fresh and odor free

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
