Responsible on managing a group of existing and new agent to convey all information and any activity related to Company activities in a timely manner.
Communicate, present, promote and sell products/services effectively using solid arguments to existing and new agents.
Make at least 30 phone calls to have better conversation with the new prospect/customer and update the data in the MILAGRO2U on daily basis.
Responsible for converting new prospects into customer or new agent and converting existing customer into new agent during customer journey.
To convert leads received from any sources (referral/advertising/cold calling) into corporate or retail sales.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction levels.
To achieve agreed sales targets and others KPI on monthly basis.
To assist superior in providing management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities or any relevant information which help in understanding customers better.
Planning sales activities through online and offline approach to meet monthly targeted sales.
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
