Overview: No.1 professional ear-piercing service in Singapore and expanded the outlets to Malaysia. Has fulfilled more than 10,000 piercings annually, for all ages. Industry: Retail/Merchandise Location: KLCC OR Sunway Pyramid Position: Sales Associate or Sales Lead (Retail-Ear Piercing) Tenure: 1 year Contract (yearly renewed) Remuneration: up to RM 5000 #fresh Graduate welcomed
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and customer service
- Perform ear piercing for customers
- Handles cashier duty and general stock-taking
- Attend to sales enquiries on company products and services
- Handles and respond to customer enquiries & feedback
- Promote and share the company stories and philosophy
- Ensure cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping
- Review weekly & monthly results and discuss next strategy and idea with management
- Other duties assigned by store managers/ store leaders
- Willing to learn ear piercing, have good initiative and can work independently
- Able to work on retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Shift (6 working day) Retail- 8 working hour between 10am-10pm
- 2 Rounds interview.
