Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations as needed.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales.
Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure that products are neatly displayed and organized.
Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by following merchandising guidelines and participating in store layout changes.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.

Keep the store clean and tidy at all times, including regular cleaning of shelves, counters, and displays.
Stay informed about Miniso products, promotions, and sales events to provide accurate information to customers.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
