Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Pro-Chem, you will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting our professional cleaning solutions to new and existing customers. This role is ideal for a motivated, people-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing customer the right solutions.

What You'll Do:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned markets and sectors. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Promote Pro-Chem's cleaning solutions and services, highlighting quality, innovation, and value. Collaborate with the internal team (R&D, operations, and customer service) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and product performance.

You'll shine in this role if you have:

A natural passion for dealing with people and a genuine interest in helping them. Excellent communication and listening skills, you hear what customers reallyneed. Resilience, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. The discipline to manage your own schedule and follow-up tasks. A driver's license and willingness to visit clients locally.
